A battery management device according to one embodiment disclosed in the present document may comprise: an information acquisition unit for acquiring, from an external device, the open circuit voltage (OCV) of a first battery corresponding to a first time; a reference OCV calculation unit for calculating a reference OCV of the battery corresponding to the time; and a controller, which compares, the OCV of the first battery corresponding to the first time, with the reference OCV calculated to correspond to the first time, so as to determine whether the first battery has a low voltage.

    Un dispositif de gestion de batterie selon un mode de réalisation divulgué dans le présent document peut comprendre : une unité d'acquisition d'informations pour acquérir, à partir d'un dispositif externe, la tension de circuit ouvert (OCV) d'une première batterie correspondant à un premier temps ; une unité de calcul d'OCV de référence pour calculer une OCV de référence de la batterie correspondant au temps ; et un dispositif de commande, qui compare, l'OCV de la première batterie correspondant au premier instant, avec l'OCV de référence calculée pour correspondre au premier instant, de façon à déterminer si la première batterie a une basse tension.

    본 문서에 개시된 일 실시예에 따른 배터리 관리 장치는, 제1 시간에 대응되는 제1 배터리의 개방 회로 전압(OCV, Open Circuit Voltage)을 외부 장치로부터 획득하는 정보 획득부, 시간에 대응되는 배터리의 기준 OCV를 산출하는 기준 OCV 산출부 및 제1 시간에 대응되도록 산출된 기준 OCV와 상기 제1 시간에 대응되는 제1 배터리의 OCV를 비교하여 상기 제1 배터리의 저전압 여부를 판정하는 컨트롤러를 포함할 수 있다.
