The present invention relates to a contact bar contact force-adjusting device provided with not only a height adjustment means for varying the height of a dog sensed by a photosensor, but also a tension identification means whereby a change in the tension of a spring can be easily identified regardless of the skill level of an operator. More specifically, the contact bar contact force-adjusting device comprises: a dog that protrudes toward an upper portion of a support bar and rotates the support bar; a nut that is screwed to the outer surface of the dog and located on the upper surface of the support bar, and supports the dog when the dog rotates; a wedge member which is screwed to the outer surface of the support bar and inserted into a mounting hole, and the upper portion of which gradually increases in diameter toward the top along the height direction and sits in the mounting hole; and a height adjustment means for adjusting the height of the dog.

    La présente invention concerne un dispositif de réglage de force de contact de barre de contact pourvu non seulement d'un moyen de réglage de hauteur pour faire varier la hauteur d'un crabot détecté par un photocapteur, mais également d'un moyen d'identification de tension grâce auquel un changement de la tension d'un ressort peut être facilement identifié indépendamment du niveau de compétence d'un opérateur. Plus spécifiquement, le dispositif de réglage de force de contact de barre de contact comprend : un crabot qui fait saillie vers une partie supérieure d'une barre de support et fait tourner la barre de support ; un écrou qui est vissé sur la surface externe du crabot et situé sur la surface supérieure de la barre de support, et supporte le crabot lorsque le crabot tourne ; un élément de coin qui est vissé sur la surface externe de la barre de support et inséré dans un trou de montage, et dont la partie supérieure augmente progressivement en diamètre vers le haut dans le sens de la hauteur et s'assoit dans le trou de montage ; et un moyen de réglage de hauteur pour ajuster la hauteur du crabot.

    본 기술은 포토센서에 감지되는 도그의 높이를 가변시키는 높이조절수단은 물론, 스프링에 대한 장력 변화를 작업자의 숙련도에 관계없이 쉽게 확인할 수 있는 장력확인수단이 구비된 컨택트바 접촉력 조절장치에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 지지바의 상부로 돌출되게 구비되어 상기 지지바를 회전 구동시키는 도그, 상기 도그의 외면에 나사 체결되어 상기 지지바의 상면에 배치되며 상기 도그가 회전시에 상기 도그를 지지하는 너트, 상기 지지바의 외면에 나사 체결되어 설치공에 삽입되며 상부의 직경이 높이 방향을 따라 상측으로 갈수록 직경이 점진적으로 크게 형성되어 상기 설치공에 안착되는 쇄기부재 및 상기 도그의 높이를 조절하기 위한 높이조절수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
