Conceptual Internet of Vehicles (IoV) is viewed as a rising worldview for associated vehicles to trade their data with different vehicles utilizing vehicle-to-vehicle (V2V) interchanges by framing vehicular ad-hoc networks (VANETs), with roadside units utilizing vehicle-to-roadside (V2R) correspondences. Vehicles could quickly find out about the street condition and instantly react and advise drivers for settling on educated choices. Be that as it may, pernicious clients in IoV may deceive the entire interchanges and make mayhem out and about. Information misrepresentation attack is one of the principle security issues in IoV where vehicles depend on data got from different friends/vehicles. In this paper, study about VANET challenges and protocol for security of Information transmission over VANET.
