During the flight test of spacecraft, a large amount of telemetry data is generated in the measurement and control system, which contains the macro and micro changes of complex hardware and software systems. On the basis of full collection of spacecraft operating parameters in different states, the root cause analysis method is adopted to analyze and locate the fault causes quickly, and the fault diagnosis efficiency of spacecraft is improved.
