As part of the strategy of the traffic conditions continuous improvement in the Moroccan cities, it is necessary to have a tool of adjustment of the traffic lights of intersections or group of sensitive intersections. To do this, we propose a traffic simulation framework based on agent technology and fuzzy logic. The objective of this framework is to act on the duration of traffic lights to fluidize traffic in an insulating intersection in collaboration with neighboring intersections and in an intersection network. The calculation of light durations is done in real time based on the flow and concentration of traffic on the sections to reduce the travel time. The light regulation is achieved through communications and collaborations among agents. The simulations involving a traffic indicator will be carried out to study and show the capacity of the proposed framework to adapt the coordination and signaling of the traffic lights at each intersection.
