We studied biexciton dynamics of an layered perovskite-type quantum-well material (C/sub 6/H/sub 13/NH/sub 3/)/sub 2/PbI/sub 4/. We estimated biexciton binding energy to be 60 meV. The equilibrium temperature of biexciton is 160K which is much higher than the lattice temperature.
