Aiming at the location of shared bicycle parking points, considering the constraints such as the amount of shared bicycles, the number of shared bicycle parking points, and the capacity of each parking point, the site selection planning model of shared bicycle parking points is established with the goal of minimizing the construction operating costs of shared bicycle enterprises and minimizing the travel costs of travelers, and the NSGA-II coupled entropy weight TOPSIS algorithm is used to solve it. The case results show that the combination of the two algorithms can determine the optimal site selection scheme when the needs of shared bicycle parking and pick-up are met, and the construction operating costs of shared bicycle enterprises have a greater impact on the comprehensive objective function value, reaching 0.6051.
