The delivery mode of “delivery vehicle + UAV” is becoming more and more popular in the rescue and relief of major emergencies, optimising the delivery path and shortening the delivery time, which is an important guarantee for people's lives and property. This paper uses the K-means clustering algorithm to analyse the distribution locations and uses the central point of each class as the best location for the material distribution centre, finally finding location 9 and location 15 as the best distribution centre. Then, using genetic algorithm to optimise the distribution path of “delivery vehicle + UAV” for each material delivery centre, using UAV off-site take-off and landing mode, the delivery time of 30 affected locations was shortened to 10.33 hours, which greatly improved the delivery time.
