In the context of carbon trading, aiming at the routing optimization problem of electric delivery vehicles, this paper establishes a robust routing optimization model of electric delivery vehicles aiming at low total distribution cost and low carbon emissions, taking into account the random changes of demand and transportation time at different customer points. An improved genetic algorithm was designed to solve the model, and Solomon's example was used to prove the effectiveness of the model and algorithm. The results show that: through the establishment and solution of the model in this paper, the carbon emissions caused by transportation can be reduced to a certain extent, and the green development of logistics industry can be promoted.
