Flexible pressure sensors overcome the disadvantages of fragility and offer the advantages of small size, light weight, low power consumption, easy integration, and the ability to adapt to harsh operating environments. In this paper, the PVC/CB composite conductive slurry was prepared by the solution blending method, which had reliable thermal stability. A low TCR temperature-resistant flexible pressure sensor was prepared by printing PVC/CB paste and conductive silver paste on EVA/PET substrate and PET substrate, respectively, by screen printing, and then encapsulating the two layers of substrate together by hot pressing. This sensor has a low TCR, high stability, high repeatability, high sensitivity, and a fast response time, and its test cost is low, in addition to the advantages of flexible application scenarios and compatibility with traditional large-area mass production technology, which can meet the needs of various application scenarios.
