Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) communication serves as a cornerstone of 6G technology, offering 3D connectivity and enhanced mobility. This paper investigates the performance of cellular-connected UAVs, focusing on the impact of BS and UAV antenna tilt angles in varying altitudes. By analyzing five experimental scenarios, we evaluate communication performance using a system-level simulator based on 3GPP standards. Results highlight the significant influence of directional antenna gain and field patterns on performance. This study provides insights for optimizing antenna tilt strategies to enhance UAV communication in 6G networks.
