The frequency and intensity of natural and manmade disasters are increasing yearly. Explore the resilience and safety level of the emergency supply chain, and this paper analyzes the existing problems of resilience and security of the emergency supply chain from four aspects: coordination and trust among relevant parties, network threat, outsourcing security risk, and uncertainty. Bayesian networks (BN) are proposed to solve these problems based on four main factors: technical, organizational, human, and environmental factors are used to assess the resilience of the supply chain. Through the Bayesian network model and Leaky Noisy-or model, it is found that the information management platform in technical factors and the collaboration in organizational factors have the greatest impact on emergency supply chain disruption, which is 0.6 and 0.57, respectively.
