The semi-Markov general probabilistic model of the critical infrastructure operation process without considering the separation of operating environment threats is applied to the identification of the port oil piping transportation system operation process. Further, considering a significant influence of the critical infrastructure operating environment threats on its operation process and safety, more precise and convergent to reality model of the critical infrastructure operation process related to critical infrastructure separated operating environment threats is applied to this piping system operation process identification. The results of both models are compared and discussed.
