This paper comprehensively considers general site selection points and their inspection constraints, along with equipment performance constraints, dividing the site selection process into three stages: initial site selection based on GIS, pre-selection using an EWM-TOPSIS model, and final determination of the site selection through a p-median model. This ensures that the unmanned aircraft docks will achieve dual benefits in terms of power inspection performance and operational costs after completion.
