This paper makes the following design according to the actual situation. Firstly, according to multi-objective programming, time for transportion and distance as constraints, combined with multi-attribute decision-making, the optimal drone is B for the design importance of drone 's volume, flight distance and whether it can install video. Secondly, use the center of gravity model. We considered placement in one, two, and three different locations, respectively, but due to the limitations of drone flight distance and video reconnaissance requirements, we finally chose three locations, each with two drones B. Finally, according to the multi-objective planning, considering the maximum payload function and time limit of the drone, on the basis of the second question, the drone performs the video reconnaissance task while distributing the medical package, and the task is after the medical package is delivered.
