Summary form only given. Optical phase-locked loop (OPLL) technique is an important method to construct homodyne receivers. Indeed the OPLL technique can also be used to synchronize the various laser frequencies in multi-optical carrier communication systems. In this paper, we demonstrate a method to achieve a phase-locked subcarrier comb generator (PSCG) by using OPLL technique.
