Results are derived for Fresnel coefficients corresponding to a magnetic achiral/chiral (ACC) interface under different incident angles and permittivity/permeability ratios, are extended to examine plane wave propagation through an aperture/transparency combination and subsequent transmission across a magnetic chiral boundary with dielectric loss by using Fresnel coefficients (FCs) under variable field profiles
