We present a fast optical low coherence tomography (OLCT) imaging system capable of in-vivo measurements. Images of 1.9 mm x 1 mm with a resolution of 30 /spl mu/m x 16 /spl mu/m have been acquired at video rate with a dynamic range of 65.7 dB. This is the first step of a powerful technique which can be used for many types of diagnostics requiring fast measurement times, low light level detection and a high dynamic range.
