This paper proposes a priority strategy for personalized vehicular mobility at signalized intersections. The main contributions of this paper are as follows: i) enhance the priority coverage of personalized vehicular mobility within intersections; ii) guarantee the absolute priority of specific type of vehicle; iii) perform well in a partially connected and automated traffic environment. To evaluate the proposed strategy, a microscopic simulation experiment was conducted. Sensitivity analysis was performed for CAV penetration rates and demand levels. Compared to the state-of-the-art strategy, the proposed strategy indicates significant advantages in both effectiveness and performance.
