Intelligent cockpits are bringing consumers a new driving and riding experience with powerful technological features and excellent user experience, gradually influencing their car purchasing behavior. However, the exact impact mechanisms and industry standards for intelligent cockpit development are unclear. This study investigates consumer car purchasing intentions through a questionnaire, exploring the influence mechanisms of intelligent cockpits on consumers' car purchasing intentions from multiple dimensions such as technology, functionality, and user experience. Factor analysis is performed to reduce the dimensions, extracting five latent factors from the 20 observed variables. Based on the variance percentage of the latent factors, a scoring equation is constructed to evaluate the impact of intelligent cockpits on consumers' purchase intentions. Finally, a structural equation model is constructed using AMOS software to assess the influence of different latent variables on consumers' purchase intentions. The results show that the driving experience factor has the greatest influence on consumers' purchase intentions, followed by the safety assistance factor and the price factor, while the interaction experience factor and external influence factor have the least influence. The research provides valuable insights for automakers and promotes further innovation in intelligent cockpit technology, enhancing user experiences.
