The emphasis of today's pilot psychological training is not only on their own psychomotor skills, but also on the training of skills that enable them to recognize, monitor and manage complex situations. Therefore, the selection of airline pilots who meet the psychological health development of contemporary aviation industry and adapt to the development of modern aviation industry, and effectively prevent and avoid the incidence of accidents caused by human factor errors has become an important reality for the improvement of aviation safety level. By analyzing domestic literature, this paper summarizes tools and methods for assessing the safety health of pilots and provoke the future research directions.
