A Fourier domain method for reconstructing passive Stokes imagery from a two-color microgrid polarization imager is presented in this paper. This new filter-based technique is designed to avoid aliased spectrum content caused by sampling in a checkerboard style two-color array. Test results show good agreement between a full microgrid image processed with existing techniques and the same image resampled as one channel of the two-color array and processed with this new technique.
