In this paper, the operating performance indicators of six typical urban rail transit in three different development levels in China were taken as the analysis object. The indicator weights were assigned through the classic entropy weight method, and the topsis (approximate ideal solution sorting method) was used to calculate and rank the operation performance indicators of 6 urban rail transit. The obstacle degree model theory was used to analyze the indicators that affect the urban rail transit operation performance. Our research method can be used as an important reference for domestic urban rail transit operating enterprises and industry management, and provide a new method and idea for urban rail transit operation performance evaluation.
