This research aims to explore and optimize the application of Virtual Reality(VR)technology in flight instruction, along with the crucial application of Unreal Engine 4 in VR flight simulation. Flight instruction has high practicality, and the incorporation of VR technology significantly enhances its safety and convenience, contributing substantial value to the innovation of flight instruction. This study revolves around two key themes: firstly, the real-time interaction application of Manus Gloves in virtual scenarios. By reflecting the actions of the students' hands in real-time, the interactivity and realism of instruction is improved. Secondly, the use of Unreal Engine 4 for virtual flight instruction simulation is covered. This includes multi-threading calls to reduce program coupling and the application of model surface information processing and scene post-processing techniques to enhance simulation realism. The research results indicate that real-time interaction using Manus Gloves and simulations through Unreal Engine 4 can significantly enhance the effect of flight instruction. This study provides an important theoretical and practical basis for further applications of VR technology in flight instruction and offers a fresh perspective on the use of VR technology in other fields.
