This thesis proposes an intelligent tree climbing robot designed to save tree trimming and human resources. The robot adopts a dual-loop PID algorithm to realize the closed-loop control of motors, which ensures precise movement and efficient tree climbing. In addition, based on FreeRTOS real-time sensor data processing and analysis, the robot is able to respond quickly to environmental changes, thus ensuring safe and stable operation in complex environments. Its bionic clamping mechanism combines spring and control system to realize stable clamping on the tree trunk and enhance the safety of operation. At the same time, the robot is equipped with a grasping hook device and a rope system, which can safely grasp and fix the leaves, further improving operational efficiency and personnel safety.
