In this paper, we reformulate the aircraft scheduling problem as a mixed integer linear program (MILP) over runway configuration mode switches, under mixed operations with the objective of minimizing total delay. Furthermore, some appropriate wake vortex separation constraints is established, including Arrival-Arrival, Departure-Departure, Arrival-Departure, and Departure-Arrival for the different combinations. The performance of the proposed method is verified by experimentation with flight plans collected from the official database, which ensures research reliability.
