In order to predict the safety situation of aviation operation of a certain type of drum aircraft, Lasso regression model is applied to predict the risk. Based on the event type, number of events, event level, flight time and landing and takeoff times, a risk value prediction index system is established and the predicted risk situation is analyzed by the Lasso regression model. The results show that the model fits the historical sequence of risk better and obtains good prediction accuracy. The study can provide data basis for trend analysis and judgment of airline safety and operation, and can also help airlines to make targeted risk prevention and control plans.
