Transportation demand will still maintain a medium-high growth rate before 2035. Facing China's goal of carbon peak by 2030, the transportation industry will face greater pressure of emission reduction under the objective conditions of shrinking emission reduction potential in industry, construction and other fields. How to realize the green and low-carbon transformation of transportation under the contradiction between ensuring the rapid and sustainable development of the industry and realizing carbon emission reduction is a practical problem to be solved. As one of the main public policies, transportation policy is the guidance and specification of China's transportation development practice, and provides theoretical basis and policy support for the low-carbon development of various fields of transportation. It is the top-level design of the development of our country's transportation, and has formulated the direction of progress in the field of transportation.
