Due to the difficulties in obtaining data and obvious subjective components in high-speed rail transit planning methods, the accessibility of planning results is poor. Therefore, a high-speed rail transit planning method based on pyramid multi-scale fusion is studied. After extracting feature data related to high-speed rail transit planning at different scales, the pyramid multi-scale fusion method is used to fuse the feature data, construct a high-speed rail transit planning model, and input the fused features to obtain the optimal high-speed rail transit planning scheme. The experimental results show that the global integration degree of the high-speed rail transit scheme planned by the design method is 0.9147, and the accessibility of the planning results is high.
