Different from the existing project management system, the daily safety management system of rail transit projects has high public safety requirements, and has the characteristics of high cost, high risk, and technical complexity. Once a major safety accident occurs, the social impact will be large and the loss will be huge. Based on the data obtained in the safety inspection, advanced digital information methods to increase the safety management of subway construction are derived from the results of several safety inspections in various aspects in each cycle. This article discusses the design of a safety management system based on daily subway operations.
