Analysis of cardiac signals has gained great importance. Widespread worldwide, allows diagnosing cardiac conditions by means of a graph, which shows a pattern that can classify the patient's heart condition. This work presents the application of wavelet transform for characterization of QRS complex in ECG signals and removal noise. Digital signal processing techniques are applied as the Wavelet transform to enable the analysis of that signal using Matlab® software.
