Considering the lack of safety assessment for Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV) operating in airspace, a safety assessment system based on TOPAZ method is constructed for UAV flight conflict resolution technology. Simulation shows that, through iterative process of TOPAZ, the safety bottleneck of UAV conflict resolution algorithm can be further found, and it is confirmed that the current various types of conflict resolution technology can not satisfy the safety requirements of manned aircraft operating in airspace. This can provide a theoretical reference for the construction of future UAV airspace operation safety assessment system.
