We design a task partitioning and offloading scheme in vehicular edge computing (VEC) networks. The scheme consists of vehicles, servers and a roadside unit (RSU). Vehicles and RSU cooperate to complete the task partitioning and offloading. The proposed scheme use contract theory to incentivize vehicles to report real information and promote cooperation. Besides, we design the channel model in high-speed mobile environment to capture the dynamic characteristic of channel. Finally, through theoretical derivation and simulation experiments, the scheme we proposed can meet the different delay requirements of vehicles, and guarantee the cooperation between the vehicle and RSU.
