Human beings and all the living organisms in this world needs fresh and healthy air to survive. But now-a-days air pollution has been a major problem in the global environment. Due to the toxic gases released from industries and other areas leads to major accident and causes death. The main objective of this paper is designing an Arduino based toxic and hazardous gas leakage detection, alerting and protecting system. This paper is based on detecting toxic gas leakage and emission of various other hazardous gases in order to indicate an alarm and protect men and materials. This paper aims at alerting the people once there is a gas leak, using Arduino based system. The toxic gases like methane, butane, carbon monoxide, and LPG which will be sensed and displayed on LCD display. So this leads early detection and protection of environment, men and materials.
