The article considers creating Laser Opto-Electronic Airspace Monitoring System in the visible and infrared ranges and its practical applications in airspace security, trajectory measurements and guidance systems. There are review of information-analytical technology and mathematical algorithms, software and technical characteristics of the real-time working prototype fully deployment and functional system. The main features of this system is using both visual and infrared thermal ranges, high precision servo drives and rotating platform, high precision of measurements, adaptive real time video processing algorithms with using several methods at the same time.
