In this paper, main goal focused on conceptual definition of automated design system tool, which could be for optimal design of the solar rechargeable aircraft for defined environmental conditions and as target to achieve continuous flight in scope of defined mission (flight path). This computer aided design system consists of many subsystems, including environmental, aircraft aerodynamics and flight dynamics, solar power energy system, which in turn will be configured by one of the main blocks - the multi-objective optimization subsystem. Also in the structure of the design utility there is a validation subsystem that provides a solution check and output of simulation results.
