After the electric vehicle power battery is mechanically impacted during the falling process, the reliability decline will cause different types of safety failures. Aiming at the current lack of standardized test methods for electric vehicle falling conditions, this paper collects road surface information for three road conditions in urban, mountainous and rural areas to determine the key parameters of vehicle falling conditions; establishes a physical model of vehicle falling conditions, and obtains the kinematics of different models. The characteristic parameters are obtained to form an equivalent standardized test method in falling conditions, which provides a vehicle test basis for the performance testing of electric safety components of electric vehicles.
