The wavelength tuning of a 1/2-rational harmonic mode locking (RHML) fiber laser is demonstrated by dispersion based time-domain filtering technique. The laser wavelength can be easily and precisely defined. Therefore, it is expected to be used in many practical wavelength related applications.
