In this paper, CAN bus is used to realize the communication among the components of the power vehicle, and a wireless monitoring system is established to realize the remote monitoring of the power vehicle status; the power vehicle electrical network control unit is designed to realize the transmission of information and data sharing among the power vehicle electrical network control units, and the hardware and software of the vehicle status monitoring platform are designed to realize the collection and analysis of mechanical status information under the network environment. The CAN bus design method is proposed to make the networked design of each control unit truly achieve the purpose of simplifying wiring, improving assembly efficiency and improving fault diagnosis efficiency. The CAN bus-based power vehicle communication system enables the power vehicle to accomplish powerful communication functions through the programming of each node software. Through short-wave communication to establish the power vehicle status remote monitoring system, the study of the system facilitates automotive maintenance technicians to give maintenance guidance to a large number of fault sites, so that automotive maintenance to achieve low cost, convenient operation, accurate and fast data transmission and other purposes, and effectively improve the efficiency of automotive security and vehicle equipment fault diagnosis and maintenance capabilities.
