This paper aims a first order comparative study between two different attitude determination methods. Study is accomplished in terms of accuracy and time required for computation. A test case satellite is chosen. Gravity gradient torque is taken into consideration as an external moment. Earth oblateness J2 is taken. Sensors are magnetometer and Sun sensor.
