Photoresponsive organic light-emitting devices (OLEDs) combining OLED with a photoconductive layer were fabricated. By irradiating external light to the devices, intensity of electroluminescent emission can be controlled. Highly efficient photoresponsive OLEDs using Ir complexes as phosphorescent materials were realized.
