The article substantiates the importance and relevance of the use of simulation to increase the throughput of metro stations in the city of Almaty during peak hours and public events. The most promising predictive simulation tool is the AnyLogic PLE environment. The intellectualization for metro stations is demonstrated using the example of a metro station in Almaty city and agent-type probabilistic-stochastic modeling algorithms are shown to improve the monitoring of passenger management flows at metro stations. Calculations are given and ways to improve the organization of transportation with increasing passenger traffic at Almaty metro stations are shown.
