Summary form only given, as follows. The change of the detector sensibility from the detector temperature is investigated. The detector termophysical calculations are conducted taking into account the laser radiation absorption and cooling the side surface of the receiving element by the flowing liquid. On the base of these investigations the cooled photodetector is developed, the working element of which is made of the hole germanium. It is shown that these photodetectors provide for sensibility stabilization in the limit of 5% under the average power to 1kW. The construction permits as the indepndent detector work as the work together with the amplifier. The amplifier is fed by the built-in accumulators. The photodetector has the time resolution better than 5 ns. The detector apperture is from 10 to 30 mm.
