Research and development for practical implementation of electric aircraft is being actively pursued. Weight reduction is particularly crucial for electric aircraft applications. This paper proposes a design platform to analyze the relationship between circuit topologies, modulation strategies, and inverter weight for a 500 kW power converter system. The analysis identified methods to minimize the combined weight of among power modules, DC capacitor, cooling of power semiconductors and $d v / d t$ filters, contributing to the design of electric aircraft power conversion systems.
