We demonstrated terahertz imaging using a linear array detector with five elements based on superconducting tunnel junctions (STJs). Nondestructive imaging at 0.66 THz was successfully performed for a test metallic pattern and an integrated-circuit card using the STJ linear array, which shortened the total acquisition time.
