Travel planning in highly dynamic transportation networks, networks encountering events at any time, requires communication capabilities and planning flexibility from all travelling entities. In this paper we suggest and test a novel information dissemination strategy, which computes the relevance of pieces of information based on smart methods borrowed from timegeography. We will demonstrate that these methods lead to more efficient communication and effective travel planning than current methods.
