Passenger head collision injury is one of the main causes of casualties in aviation accidents. Civil aircraft airworthiness regulation CCAR25.562(c)(5) clearly requires pilots to meet the requirements of passenger head injury criteria (HIC) in emergency landing. According to the environment of the pilot's seat and the cockpit of a certain type of aircraft, the influence of different types of passengers on the head motion trajectory and collision area is studied through seat dynamic test and analysis. The dynamics simulation modeling of seat occupant system was carried out using Pamcrash software, and the dynamics model calibration was completed based on seat dynamic test, and the influence law of aircraft yaw Angle on pilot HIC value was given. Finally, the ATD head acceleration time curve was obtained through the pilot HIC impact test, and the HIC impact performance evaluation results of the pilot were given. In this paper, based on a certain type of aircraft, the effects of dummy (ATD) type and aircraft yaw Angle on pilot HIC performance are given, and a set of pilot HIC impact airworthiness verification method is established, which can provide technical basis for civil aircraft pilot HIC verification.
