Gear shift strategy has a great impact on vehicle performance and driving experience, and the optimized design of gear shift strategy has become a hot research topic nowadays. In this paper, we optimize the shift strategy of pure electric commercial vehicles by testing and analyzing the characteristics of the powertrain of pure electric commercial vehicles. A new interpolation and weighting algorithm is proposed, which improves the adaptability and reliability of the optimization method to shift gears under cyclic conditions, avoids the problem of not being able to carry out accurate calculations due to unknown empirical parameters such as mass conversion coefficients in some models, simplifies the optimization process, and improves the analysis speed. The obtained results can provide reference for the development of pure electric vehicles.
