Organic and/or polymer light-emitting diode (OLED) is one of the most promising candidates for the application in the future flat and flexible displays. In this presentation, fabrication methods and performances of the white (consists of R, G, and B) OLED with high efficiency, better color purity, and higher stability will be discussed. The OLEDs were operated by organic field-effect transistors, and the results also will be shown.
