This paper describes the novel concept of delivering optimal electrical power architecture by rearranging a mesh connection of electrical producing sources, such as electrochemical cells, supercapacitors, capacitors, thermo-generators, or any possible energy/power source. The combination of power and energy sources is regularly configured for an immediate need. A similarity to the philosophy of FPGA (Field Programmable Gate Arrays) is presented, thus promoting the design of electrical power systems into a software domain. That creates an intelligent power system delivering high efficiency, reliability, and longevity within a smaller mass and volume. This system is capable of evolving by adapting Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence.
